Q. How much does it cost to join the Wine Club?
A. It is free to join. Your Wine Club benefits start immediately upon sign up, you are simply agreeing to purchase wine twice a year.
Q. What are my Wine Club benefits?
A. Once you sign up, you immediately receive a discount on all wines and access to any available shipping promotions. The club level you choose (4, 6, or 12 bottle) will determine your percentage discount and the which shipping promotions are available. All club members also receive instant access to our Winemaking Video Series and our B.T.S. (Behind The Scenes Page). These videos are exclusive for Wine Club members, and are updated frequently.
Q. When are the Wine Club shipments sent out?
A. We only send out 2 shipments per year. To avoid hot weather, these shipments go out in April and October.
Q. Is the Wine Club customizable?
A. Yes, having freedom and flexibility for our Wine Club members is top priority. You choose the wines, so you won't get anything you don't like.
Q. Can I add additional wine to my shipment?
A. Absolutely, this is an easy way to secure cheaper shipping (ex. Free shipping on 12 bottles). You can also upgrade your club membership to gain access to more wines and better shipping rates.
Q. What wines are selected after my first order?
A. When you sign up for the wine club, you choose the wine that goes into your first order. For any shipments after that, orders will be set to a default selection chosen by our winemaker. However, you still have the option to modify this order as much as you wish before it is shipped.
Q. Can I place orders in between the Wine Club shipments?
A. Yes - anytime you place an order, your Wine Club and shipping discounts will automatically be applied.
Q. Do you have a Referral Program?
A. Yes, we have an extensive Referral Program, which focuses on rewarding our Wine Club members. We realize that, without our Wine Club, we wouldn’t be able to realize our vision at Moonbase Cellars. We have an entire page with a video explaining it. Check it out here.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. Simply email us and we can put in the cancellation. We do ask that you accept your first shipment of wine prior to cancellation, as those wines were reserved for you.
